Leadership Practice: These articles tend to fit into the practical and straight forward how to category. They address very concrete problems and offer very concrete solutions. Unlike the theory articles which offer a framework for solutions, these articles tend to be more direct.
Team Issues: Keeping teams going at full strength is tough. People’s personal problems can creep into the team environment and cause strife and unpleasantness. The leader has to address those problems while keeping morale up. That isn’t always an easy job.
Leadership articles that focus on maintaining healthy teams are especially useful. The tactics that keep teams working well might seem like common sense, but a lot of times it helps to have that outside suggestion.
